⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quality, flavor, and service that makes the difference – Casa Faustino, El Prat Dining at Casa Faustino was an excellent experience in every way. Not only did we enjoy a delicious meal, but we also felt treated with a kindness and professionalism that is hard to find these days. We ordered a steak with potatoes that was perfectly cooked: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Duroc rice was another great choice: a well-crafted combination of flavors, with quality ingredients and impeccable cooking. And to top it all off, a spectacular homemade cheesecake: smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. But what we really want to highlight is the staff's attention. They treated us with warmth, a constant smile, and a genuine interest in making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It's appreciated when a restaurant takes care not only of its cuisine, but also of its guests. A place we will definitely return to. Quality, flavor, and warmth in every detail. Highly recommended!

We decided to go there to celebrate our grandfather's birthday, and we definitely made the right choice. The place is tiny, but that means they offer very attentive and friendly service. We decided to order: Crispy flower salad: This is a unique and innovative salad brought to you in a crispy Parmesan cheese bowl. Daily croquettes: They vary daily, and we got the shrimp croquettes with American sauce; they were exquisite. We definitely recommend asking which one they have that day and ordering them. Jamon Ibérico de Bellota: What can I say about this Spanish delicacy? Pan de cristal con tomate: They make it fresh in their own oven. Paella del Señoret: One diner thought it was a bit salty, but the rest of us didn't find it excessively salty, although it's true that the salt content could be reduced. Veal Cheek: We wanted to order a portion of aged beef, but we were told the smallest piece was 1kg and 200g, so we ended up opting for the beef cheek, which was also very good. It was served on a delicious mashed potato. Chicken Fingers: They did us the favor of serving our granddaughter a children's menu, and we appreciated it because, even though she wasn't in the age range for the children's menu, she couldn't have eaten anything else due to taste issues. For dessert, we opted for two cheesecakes, one Kinder cake, and one coulant. If you prefer classics, we recommend the cheesecake; it has a very distinctive cheesy flavor. But if you're craving something sweeter, definitely go for the Kinder cake; the flavor isn't overly sweet, but it's delicious. As points for improvement, we would say: - Small extractor fans in the dining room, as a table next to us ordered dry-aged meat, and since they offered the option to finish it at the table with your own stone, the smoke that forms in the dining room can be uncomfortable. - More portion options for the dry-aged meat, because the cuts are so large that our grandson couldn't even try it, as it's excessive for just one person. (Many restaurants serve different types of cuts.) - Finally, we met a group that wasn't excessively large, but they were very noisy, and the fact that they spent most of their time shouting was annoying. That's why we didn't give the atmosphere 5 stars. There were four of us and we spent around €190. It may seem excessive, but I assure you that in terms of value for money, it's very good, and the quality of the food is exquisite.

Excellent service, great customer service, and exceptional attention. The food was delicious. Especially the croquettes (in our case, ribs with BBQ sauce) and the bao buns. To our surprise, we weren't sure what to order for dessert, and the owner chose the cheesecake (which, in our opinion, was a total success). Unexpectedly, with the complimentary shot, he brought us a small slice of carrot cake, which was also delicious. We will definitely return and repeat some of the dishes. We arrived by chance and were very kindly accommodated without a reservation, which I recommend. The food is delicious, especially the duck rice with strawberries and apple. The desserts are homemade and all delicious. We'll definitely be back.

The best restaurant in El Prat without a doubt! We went twice to eat during the week, they offer an economical menu made with very good products which changes daily. Excellent food and impeccable staff treatment. To repeat again and again, not to mention the menu of the weekend that is surely just as good.

Exceptional.. attention of 10. Unbeatable recommendations of the peppers with goat cheese, uff incredible, blood sausage croquettes, potatoes with romesco sauce ... Total paella and starters of 10. 100% recommendations of the paellas, the plate they serve you is well filled with everything. Black rice, rice with cicadas and rice with cheek: delicious. We will repeat for sure.

An exceptional place. Friendly service, with a very good charisma. The timing of the dishes was just right. Exceptional flavor. We shared pan de cristal (crystal bread), croquettes, patatas bravas (bravas potatoes), and BBQ ribs for the main course. We both felt superb; the portions were good. We even dared to order dessert: donut-flavored cheesecake and mojito sorbet. I didn't want the cake to end. My mouth wouldn't stop watering for at least five minutes after eating it. A top 10 spot. We'll definitely be back. A small detail: it's on a corner inside a building. It overlooks a children's playground.

EXCELLENT. We chose this restaurant for lunch today, and it was a great choice. From the very beginning, the service was warm and friendly, the food spectacular, and the location cozy. We ended up feeling very satisfied and happy. We'll be back next week with some friends.

We had high expectations and it still exceeded them. A treatment of 11, super friendly and attentive from the moment of the reservation. We loved the food, everything was delicious, and the service was super fast. In the words of my husband, "I knew I was going to eat well, but I didn't expect so much." It was a birthday gift for my mother and they made it super special. We will return for sure!

Very good service. The treatment is unbeatable. The bravas 3.0 and the croquettes are great to start with. The game rice (deer) is just right and with a very good flavor. And the traditional cheesecake is very delicious. We liked everything. We will repeat.
